I had booked two round trip tickets for a flight from JFK, to Greece, and back, in May. As the coronavirus has become a pandemic my families travel plans have been forced to change. My wife and I requested a refund of the money we were charged for a flight we won't be taking. I was told my wife and my plane tickets are non refundable? Is that so? Even with the pandemic forcing us to change our plans, as you change your plane's availability, do you not see the reason why you should provide a refund to your ridership?
