I was recently trying to change my flights online with Turkish Airlines from Apr ** to this weekend Dec *. Every time I try I keep getting the error message:***A technical error has occurred. **On the app it says:**We are unable to process your request, please try again later.**I believe it happened because I tried to change the flight before and everything was working. I had reached the payment screen but then I decided I would like to leave earlier. So I went back. And since then I keep receiving that error code.**Booking code is: RUIAT*. Surname: Karatzas.**Clearly something has glitched but I can’t seem to talk with anyone who can guide me**I am a Canadian currently in Kenya. My mo tried calling the Canadian booking office and they said they can’t change the booking. I tried Facebook and they said they can’t via social media.
