If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

I flew out of JFK on Turkish Airlines on Wednesday October **th. The flight was delayed due to weather and so I decided to charge my cell phone. When it was time to leave I rushed to get on the flight and totally forgot to get my phone leaving it at the charging port. It is a Samsung Galexy S* with a VERY cracked screen and was left there with the pink charging cord still attached. I have tracked it with an app and find that it is still in Terminal * and I am hoping it is with your office. Please let me know if you have it and I will make arrangements to pick it up as I am not in the country right now. I thank you very much. I also want you to know how pleasantly impressed I was with your Airline. The flight was amazing and all the services made the trip a delight. I will certainly recommend you to others.
