Dear Turkishaurlines *Board members *Top management *Staff**I would like to explain to you my case happened on ** August ****,**Our flight time was *:** PM from Istanbul international airport to Baghdad international airport,**Me , my wife and my son we did all procedures perfectly and we make check in then got boarding pass and delivered our bag thats mean the staff specialist for this flight have full information about us *we are in the airport, *Because of new airport in Istanbul and the first time for us to visit istanbul airport we little bit missed the exact location of our gate but we reached before ** min of flight time but unfortunately we found the door closed and the person in charge on the gate informed us sorry *He didn’t pay any attention or help even in talks on the contrary he spoke very tough, *During that the in the gate informed us the airplane still in the ground and they drop your bags and return to the airport, **After that we run to the transfer desk to find any one to help us but again unfortunately no body help us and treated us as a customer, by this way they remove all memories spent in Istanbul and damage our joy for yearly vacation,**All of us aware that every and each people traveled spent all money for shopping this human behavior *And the last amount spent all our money in duty free ,**so we try to get tickets but we don’t have cash and out credit card not working properly, **We try to find any way to survive from this problem,**we were forced to call my friend to buy online tickets and pay for one way ticket **** USD again for three tickets,**No last call attention, no tag mentioned that our gate distance from here *** m ,*Thats mean we faced and feel very bad and upset ,**From my side i will make big campaigns to share my case and my experience with Turkishairlines in all social media in order to everyone one know that this kind of treatment and behavior will get if you booked tickets from Turkishairlines **Really i feel wronged and will never ever travel with Turkishairlines **also will not forget this story and continue share in all social media **Keep in your mind below three points ** No last call in speaker** No distance tag in the airport aisle ** No explanation from counter staff thats iur gate is far away from duty free **If we compare treatment with other big airlines in wild world **we will find big difference specially in hospitality and tolerance,**Again unfortunately I signed this year on Turkishairlines,**I hope pass this message completely to board members and top management to take discussion if this correct behavior or not from Turkishairlines staff**Sorry for long message and thanks * *Thanks & Best Regards *Eng.
