Dear Sir*Ma’am,**Greeting for the day!!!**This has reference to the subject matter. I am extremely perplexed, saddened and in a state of shock while composing this email to you. Anguish and Trauma with which I have passed through while taking my return journey to Toulouse from Delhi on **st July **** through your supposed “esteemed” airline can’t be expressed in words. I would like to give a detailed account of incident and would leave it to you to judge by yourself.**I was booked on your flight no : TK********* (reservation code : TWDLVP, Ticket no. *************) from Delhi to Toulouse on **st July ****. The Delhi-Istanbul flight TK**** was scheduled to depart at **** hrs hrs however, due to the reasons, unexplained to us, it got delayed by more than *.* hours which would have left me to miss the connecting flight to Toulouse from Istanbul. The officers in charge at the airport advised me with the boarding pass for Paris instead and asked me to catch the Delhi – Paris flight and I was also informed that I would be provided with Paris – Toulouse boarding pass upon my arrival at Paris. Despite the fact that I was unwell at the time experiencing high fever, I believed every word of the airline staff and boarded the flight for Paris vis Istanbul, considering that Turkish airline is an airline of repute and shall standby with the words.**My trust on the professionalism of Turkish airline was going to be short-lived. My luggage at Paris airport terminal was untraceable and I gotten no assistance from the Turkish aircraft staff posted there. Rather than helping, I was asked by them to contact Air France for my forward journey to Toulouse. When I reached Air France desk, they exhorted that I should contact Turkish Airlines just as my underlying booking was with them as it were. I was pondering to a great extent but no one from your “ESTEEMED” Turkish Airlines came to help me.**Seeing no development , I booked myself in a Hotel on my expense without my luggage for a fault not done by me but the airline. I was supposed join the my workplace in Toulouse on **nd July **** but could not as I was in Paris because of unprofessional behavior of Turkish Airlines. The total expenditure on my stay at Hotel was Euro ***.**The ordeal didn’t end here. Next day I again went to the airport. After persistent requests, I was asked by Turkish Airlines staff to board the **:** pm flight to Toulouse but was denied at the last moment. Lastly, they allowed me boarding on **:** pm flight and I reached Toulouse on **nd July ****. Till date I have received only * out of my * bags on **th July **** and that too in absolutely damaged condition. **Ms. Nikita Bhasin*Toulouse*************
