Dear Sir*Madam,**Me and my wife, both senior citizens, have booked flights for the first time by your airlines from Mumbai to Berlin on *th May **** and Helsinki to Mumbai on **th May **** under booking reference U*YTBY in business class.***I was allowed to do a web check in only ** h before the flight departure and when I tried to do so today in the morning at **:** h on *th May ****, I was horrified to see that all seats excepting who scattered seats have been booked and I have nothing to select. I opened the seat selection web exactly at **:** h on *th May ****.***Firstly, I am surprised, how have you got all the seats occupied when it was opened at **:** h and secondly, how have you not put us together under the same booking reference? Please note that we are old people and need to seat together to provide support to each other.**We are extremely disappointed by this offerings of yours to us and really felt very much dejected before the start of the journey.**May I request you to kindly provide us seats together on the sides ideally one window and one isle together for all the flights ? I contacted them by writing a mail and Turkish Airlines promptly responded with the solution. It was a very good experience to have got matter resolved so soon and so quick, which was otherwise looking very tough. Write mail to *****@***.com for quick resolution
