If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

My name is Petar Kurdulija and I arrived in Istanbul May *th on flight TK**** from Belgrade. I was supposed to take another flight TK*** to Bangkok on my way to Wellington New Zealand. As this flight was delayed by more than * hours I could not make my other connection, so the staff at the Transfer desk at the Istanbul rerouted my flight through Kuala Lumpur using flight TK***. They were supposed to reroute my baggage too but unfortunately this did not happen and on my arrival at Wellington New Zealand my baggage was not there. Would you please help me to recover my baggage and get it to Wellington New Zealand.
