The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

To whom it may concern**I purchased tickets in a case of family emergency * death of my grandmother*, expedia itinerary **************, tickets * ************* and ************* flying from **** to ****, jfk-istanbul, istanbul-cluj*Flight left *.* hours late from jfk, resulting in missing our connecting flight to cluj. Turkish airlines could accommodate a flight to cluj for that night, there were no flights to Cluj for the following * days. Customers service personnel was very miss managed, careless and rude. They offered us a late flight to Bucharest and told us that were on our own * how professional is that!!!* After a few hours in Bucharest i maneged to have a friend drive *** miles and take us to cluj.*Even with this long drive we arrived at our destinatinatin a full fay earlier than flying with your company. All these chain events resulted in me and my mom to miss my grandmother's funeral. *How do you justify high price last minute tickets when i cant even make it to my destination in a decent time frame???*We were very disappointed in how your airline handled this delicate situation...Based on your answer and how you handle this situation, i will reach out to a lawyer and Better Business Bureau. *Thank you for your cooperation in advance, i dont want this matter to be dragged out.
