Dear Turkish Airlines,** I traveled to turkey before * months ago with Turkish Airlines, and it was a bad experience for me to travel with Turkish Airlines firstly because they damaged my bags. This damage occurred to me on my back trip from Istanbul to Amman on January *th, **** flight number ***. Because I am living in Ramallah, Palestine there are no airports in Palestine, so I used to use Amman airport, Queen Alia international airport. As you know flight *** on Friday arrived Amman at *:** AM, as I mentioned before I living in Palestine, and I must go back to the same day because it's Friday and the border bridge is working half a day so I must be earlier as much as I can. That why I can't access the airport station to make a baggage claim that why I applied for a claim after I go back to home. And this another issue Turkish airline didn't understand me first but after the long conversation, they comprehend me lately. And ask me to provide them the documentation. after long waiting and after consultation of my case file. They decided to make a compensation ***USD. And when I open my account I got this message ” your evaluation has been forwarded to the relevant station.” *Secondly: I tried to get in touch with them by messages on my file account but they used to neglect and ignoring my message this led me to call them internationally and honestly these calls cost me until now more than *** USD.without any logical response.just they told me they will connect you as soon as possible. I don't know if Turkish Airlines traveling all over the world they don't have a map to know to the world in cities, I repeat and my file account information indicates that I am living in Palestine Ramallah, so how they transferred me to the Beirut statin and I informed the Lebanon agent that is not easy to Palestinian to travel to Lebanon and me cost more money, then the told me they will transfer to Amman station and I don't have any family members or friends in Amman. And the travel cost from Palestine to Amman more than *** USD between transportation, taxes, hospitality, and anthers expanses, so I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible by transferring the money to my bank account in Ramallah, Palatine or give me around flight ticket as compensation for all my losses, bags, time and international calls.
