Dear,**My wife Marie Devriese and myself, Marc Dauw, have missed our connection because we had to leave Kathmandu with * hours delay.**The flight number of our first flight was TK***.**We flew on **-**-**** from Kathmandu, Tribhuvan Airport (KTM) to Istanbul Ataturk Airport (IST).**The flight number of our connecting flight was Tk ****.**Our connecting flight departed on **-**-**** from Istanbul Ataturk Airport (IST) to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS).**We had no extra connecting flight. **We had a replacement flight, but that only the next day.**The flight number was TK****.**Our flight departed on **-**-**** from Istanbul Ataturk Airport (IST) to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). So we arrived a day later than planned at home. Moreover, in Istanbul we have been required to buy two visas (** euro). We were obligated to buy this to transfer douane(customer) section. We needed to do that to become the necessary information at the office of Turkish Airlines in Istanbul for getting a stay in a hotel in Istanbul to pass the night. We also have to figure out everything ourselves and became in no way any help at the landing at Istanbul. *Hereby we ask urgently the rightful fee of €*** per person plus the fee of €** for the compulsory purchase of * visas.*Below you find all proofs.*Kind regards.**Marc en Marie Dauw-Devriese*Tuinkersstraat ****** Ruddervoorde*Belgi*
