I have been trying to no avail to find out how I can get refunded for * in country flights that I had to cancel. I have spoken with your call center and cancelled the flights and was told I would have to go to a Turkish airlines office to give them another credit card for the refunds, as the card I had used is no longer active. I contacted your San Francisco office and they are taking care of the refund for the international leg requesting a letter from the credit card company confirming the card I used for the payments months ago has been cancelled and a new card issued. but told me I would have to do the domestic flights through this link TurkishAirlinesCustomer Relations which I can find NOTHING on to submit an email or request .
