Dear ladies and gents at Turkish airlines**It is with great sadness that I report to your good office an inconvenient situation I experienced twice with Turkish airlines while flying to DRC-Kinshasa. *First situation, I got my luggage’s delayed while flying from Romania to DRC. And it was the second time while this happens to me. I understand that such delay could happen. The first time I didn’t claim for damage baggage, although I had food in my bags. The second time flying on ********** my baggage also got delayed. I claimed at Turkish airlines office in Kinshasa, and they reimbursed me with **$ although the damaged food costs more. *Second inconvenient situation and unprofessionalism from staff at Turkish airlines office in Kinshasa occurred when I claimed for stolen medicine from my baggage (see email below). After I claimed for the stolen * medical boxes I brought from Lebanon, I submitted the below email to Kinshasa office. The staff member has never acknowledged receipt, and stopped replying to my phone calls to enquire about feedback. **Looking to hear from your good office. As Turkish airlines bring the best airline in Europe for many consecutive years, I’m sure you will not accept and allow such discrepancies to happen without proper action from your side.
