The issue in GetHuman-eyesopen's own words
I flew into Graz Austria from JFK NYC on September *th ****. My baggage was lost for over *** hours with my wallet inside. I was told I would only have to wait at most ** hours for My bags to be found. I was left starving, Didn’t have soap to clean myself and because of those reasons I ended up being sick for * weeks. I called Turkish airline and filed a complaint which they made me fill out a form on their website regarding what I experienced. They weren’t really giving me the help I needed so I called again and asked for a manager. They kept refusing to help me so I continued to call until a kind hearted representative answered and tried to help the best he could. I explained everything and he told me to give the airline ** days to reimburse me for my flight and all of the days I needed to keep my phone so That I can wait for my luggage. It’s been about ** days now since we spoke and I have yet to receive absolutely nothing. I am very frustrated at this point and I am going to take this into legal matters if you don’t provide me with the right service. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any airline. I would appreciate a flight back to JFK NYC on behalf of Turkish Airlines.
