Hi i travelled by turkish airline on Saturday nov ** from Toronto, canada to india ( ticket * ************* ) . I travelled with a child and infant and i carried a stroller with me . I asked for stroller at halt at Istanbul . I got my stroller but they lost its detachable umbrella. Kindly find and return this to me as its going to be problem for me when i will be in Canada bcz i put cover on it when its low temperature or snow.. they asked me to report at counter but after such a long journey my baby was so fussy i had to leave the airport...
