Dear Turkey Airlines, **This is passenger Chen-Cheng, Chien. I am writing this letter to request for the refunds of my unused ticket purchased from Tripair.com. ( Ticket number is:************* )Well, here is the case, I noticed my surname under my booking was incorrect on the **th, two hours before the departure time from Taipei, to Madrid. Therefore, I immediately asked the staff of Turkish airline to change my name so I could go on the flight, and they rejected and told me to report this issue to Tripair, where I purchased my ticket. OK and here comes with a big problem, because I called their customer line which they never answered the call, so I wrote them the e-mail to request to cancel the ticket, or to change my surname so I could go on that flight. Since I could not get in touch with my agency,I booked a new ticket (with Turkish airlines on the same date ). Afterthat, I asked my agency for the refunds and they told me in my case, it was a no show,,,,but I did try to contact both the airlines and my agency BEFORE the departure of the flight. **Hence, I am writing this letter to Turkish Airlines to request to get the refunds back because my agency kept saying it was a NO-SHOW, but really I did try to get in touch with them and even with Turkish airlines, but they told me regarding the laws they had no right to cancel my ticket...... with my first time flying with Turkish Airline, I was satisfied with the amenities and the services,therefore regarding the unused ticket, I am hoping you guys can help me with this situation.
