Social Security Number, Prior Year AGI, Home Address, Name of Account Holder, Phone Number on Account, Email on Account, and Password
The issue in GetHuman-tehurley's own words
Schedule K-*: I have entered my data which shows in Form ****, Part III, lines *, *, **, and **. Section C (Income and Loss Reported on Schedule E) should show the amounts from lines *, *, and ** but only has amount from line *. I have triple checked that I selected same options as last year with that **** version of TurboTax running on a different computer. Only the amount on line * is getting to Schedule E. I used the nuclear option and uninstalled TurboTax **** Home & Business and reinstalled. All worked well until I got to Schedule K-*, but this time I made a copy of the file before moving to Schedule K-* so I would not have to spend another day re-entering all of the information. Are you aware of the problem and when might I anticipate a fix? I had a horrible time last year with the program I purchased at Costco. This year, I purchased at Costco, but since my laptop does not have a CD drive, I downloaded from InstallTurboTax.com I subsequently had some problems and have downloaded and installed w*perrelsuperpatch*ttax**************.exe and finished my daughters simple return which just had a W-*. Everything worked fine on mine until I got to Schedule K-*. HELP!

GetHuman-tehurley did not yet indicate what TurboTax should do to make this right.
