I purchased TurboTax deluxe in CD form from Best Buy. I installed it (by CD) on my computer last night. It completely installed and completed all of the updates. When I try to run it from the desktop icon it goes to a screen with blue balls circling around and says "activating". It does this and never asks for my activation code. I'm running Windows ** Pro and Firefox web browser. I rebooted and no change. I tried it again this morning before going to work and still the same thing. I use Nord vpn so I disabled it and tried. It still will not allow me to use it. I'm getting frustrated and ready to get my money back and use H&R block software. I would really like TurboTax tech support to assist me. I've tried calling a couple of their phone numbers and you can never talk to an actual person.
GetHuman-jhorky did not yet indicate what TurboTax should do to make this right.
