Help with my TurboTax issue

My daughters return was rejected because it said I filled out her birth date incorrectly. I tried to sign on to change it and it says there is not a match. I then used the change the password option. I filled out the information asked and was again told there was not a match. I had printed out the return yesterday and the basic information (name, ss *, etc) seems to be correct. Not sure what to do.
