I am trying to update my credit card info but have no idea what my user id or password are. After dealing with your fucked up automated menu system for over ** minutes I accidently got to one of your service people who tried to help me. The problem is that all he could do is send me a link to your account recovery site. This site is also hosed up in that it requires information that I am trying to obtain. I asked your service tech to file a complaint about your menu system but he had no options to do that. I have been a loyal TurboTax user for many years. I have strong reservations due to this treatment and LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have a full understanding of security issues, but once I verify who I am (which i did) I should be able to get the help I need from a real person on the phone.
