I am trying to file my taxes and have purchased the efile for two states and when i go to efile it says that there is an update. The update feature on the program says turbotax is current. tried multiple times and am not getting anywhere. system shows that the payment for the state taxes has been made and it is confirmed that it is on the credit card as well. i have tried a manual update and the update file says it cannot find turbotax. i am at a lost and have limited time to file.

GetHuman-rockyhsh did not yet indicate what Turbo Tax should do to make this right.
