To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I lost my passwords when I had to change to a new computer. The process to recover the account involves putting a US address, but I am not currently living in the US*haven't for the past two years so the address on file with TurboTax is not my US address. I submitted a request to recover the account but am afraid it will not be successful because the information does not match. I am still living in China so calling is not an easy option for me. I need a way to recover my account so I can complete my tax filing on time.

GetHuman-mmmcarta did not yet indicate what Turbo Tax should do to make this right.
