In May and June ****, I spent hours entering all the **** tax information for myself and my husband using turboxtax, and paid $**.** on May **st, **** for the service. When I tried to netfile, I received an error message saying 'already filed'. When I tried to login again, all my tax information had disappeared. However, I logged in again from a different computer and it went to ww.*.****.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca where I found the tax information I had entered. Somehow my tax info got entered into the **** version of turbotax. I don't understand why or how this happened, since I already filed my taxes last year! I do not want to have to *) re-enter my information and *) pay again for this service.
GetHuman-athenahw did not yet indicate what Turbo Tax should do to make this right.
