I purchased a **** Turbo Tax Deluxe from Costco. unfortunately, I got stuck while filing and I couldn't finish the filings but paid $**.** for the State filing in which the service is still not rendered. Now that I try to continue and try again to finish the filing using the CD Delux, it will not pull up all of my info., and the disc is not working. so, now I am out $**.** (for state tax filing) and what I paid for the Delux CD, and I still Cann't file my **** tax using the software I bought. I live in Dubai so communicate is expensive and limited. please help me!
