My name is A. R. and I have been using TurboTax since [redacted]. After hearing about the lawsuit regarding incorrect charges, I decided to check my order details. Surprisingly, my receipts for [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] did not show any fees. However, upon downloading my returns, I discovered that fees were indeed charged each year. I should qualify for free filing as I make under $34,[redacted] per year. It's frustrating to have been charged not only for TurboTax fees but also a Refund processing fee. For the years [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], the total fees and refund fee amount to $[redacted].95. I have sought legal advice and plan to file a lawsuit and complaint to recover the fees for all the years. The fees between [redacted] and [redacted] amount to $[redacted].86. If TurboTax does not respond and refund the total amount, I will escalate the matter through legal channels. The promise of free filing led me to choose TurboTax, but being charged unfairly has caused financial strain for low-income families like mine.

I am having trouble printing my state return for WISCONSIN using the TurboTax Deluxe CD for Windows. The support links provided suggest I should be able to print and mail state returns for up to 5 federal returns, but I am only seeing the option to print for one federal return, not the second. I specifically want to print the state return and not e-file it. I have used TurboTax for years and have never encountered this issue before. One support link mentioned that with the Deluxe version, printing and mailing state taxes should be free. Could you please provide clear instructions on how to print state returns for multiple federal returns as indicated in the links? I appreciate your prompt assistance.

I am experiencing difficulties with my password and verification code process. The phone number linked to my account is outdated, preventing me from receiving text messages. Resetting the password via email has been unsuccessful numerous times. I urgently need access to my account to obtain tax transcripts crucial for my W-2 forms. The IRS system additionally requires me to log in, which I am currently unable to do due to these issues. I have attempted to resolve this since last night to no avail. I filed my taxes using TurboTax and the return is marked as complete. It has been 43 days since filing. I received the card in the mail, set it up, and it was accepted on February 4. Currently, it shows as "waiting to be mailed." After contacting the IRS and TurboTax customer service, they are awaiting ITS permission for the release date. I've tried calling several numbers to speak with a TurboTax representative directly per the IRS recommendation to avoid double filing. A prompt return call from TurboTax would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble accessing my account because I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I can't receive a password reset via email as my email has been compromised. Furthermore, my phone number linked to the account has changed due to being hacked, and the password I have is not working. On February 20, [redacted], I made a payment of $74.63 for my annual subscription to TurboTax Deluxe (order number TAR19A[redacted]70). Recently, I switched to using a Mac instead of a Windows computer and subsequently canceled my subscription. However, I have not yet received a refund for this amount on the credit card ending in [redacted]. I have not utilized the [redacted] TurboTax software. I am also associated with an accounting firm that utilizes Lacerte tax preparation software, eliminating my need for TurboTax. Thank you for providing an update on the status of the credited amount.

I initially believed my taxes were accepted by the IRS on 03/01/[redacted], based on Turbo Tax's information. However, I received conflicting emails on 03/04/[redacted] stating the acceptance. "Where's my refund" tool is not showing any details, so I am uncertain about the status. After checking the IRS website for an update, the confusion remains regarding the differing dates in Turbo Tax emails. Contacting a live person at the IRS seems challenging without a fee, especially with the Free Edition used.

I have my CD, but it's misplaced. My License Code is DMFS-YKSUU-LDTBR. I just want to download the software. The website requests an order number when I try to download. Since I wasn't provided one, I attempted using my License number, which was not accepted. When I reached out for support, all I got was a Support ID and was told someone would call back in 10-15 minutes. Despite multiple attempts, no one follows up. My phone has issues making calls, and the automated system doesn't allow me to wait for an assistant. I require a live number as the current system isn't assisting me.

I recently purchased TurboTax Deluxe [redacted] from Office Depot. While filing my taxes, I used the licensing code ZLE5-563Y6-TYHCB, which was accepted as valid. However, I was charged the full amounts of $60 for federal filing and $50 for state filing. My order number is TTWCA[redacted]47. I am requesting a refund of $60 for the TurboTax Deluxe purchase and $30.01, which is the difference between the $50 state filing fee and the $19.99 included in the Deluxe edition. I requested my tax return to be deposited into my account, but unfortunately, my account had a negative balance due to a hardship. I informed the bank that my tax return would cover the negative balance. However, the account specialist did not contact me back. I recently discovered that my account has been sent to DEF when I visited the bank on 3/16/[redacted]. After speaking with the IRS, they advised me to reach out to turbo tax to update my information due to poor communication with the bank. My taxes have not been released yet as per the IRS, and they are currently under review. Can someone assist me in updating my direct deposit information to another account or a card that can process payments in 3 to 5 business days? Thank you for your help.

I recently tried to access my [redacted] tax return using TurboTax Deluxe, a system I have used for several years. However, when I attempted to review the [redacted] return for information needed for [redacted], I encountered error [redacted] stating the return is on my computer and inaccessible. The data from prior years is crucial for my current filings. After changing my TurboTax account password as prompted, I found that the [redacted] return was not prepared using TurboTax, despite my efforts. Even accessing a second account did not solve the issue, as it still claims the [redacted] return is not present. I typically prepare five returns annually for friends as a favor, and now I'm unable to retrieve any of the [redacted] returns. Although my accounts are current, I remain unable to access the [redacted] returns, including the possibility of using the original CD. I encountered an issue with my State income tax e-file through TurboTax, where it was rejected due to an issue verifying my AGI. Despite entering the correct AGI, the e-file was still rejected. After contacting customer service, I spoke with Alexandra, who mentioned that an incorrect email associated with my account might be the root of the problem. Despite my efforts to rectify it on my end, she couldn't assist in fixing it and advised me to mail the return instead. I'm seeking a refund for the e-file charges due to this inconvenience. My long-standing relationship with TurboTax spending a significant amount annually might come to an end if this matter isn't resolved. During my customer service call, I had an unpleasant experience with Alexandra, who abruptly ended the call when I requested a contact for discussing the refund. The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

I bought Turbo Tax for $39.00 at Costco, only to find out Windows 7 wasn't good enough, so I had to purchase it online for $[redacted]. I only printed the forms without e-filing. My daughter's simple return with H&R Block was free, whereas Turbo Tax charged me a lot. I need an explanation since I am 81 years old and not wealthy. $[redacted] is too much for me. While using TurboTax, I encountered a situation where it showed two returns, one with a tilde (~) in front of the name indicating it was last modified on 9/19/[redacted], and the other without a tilde, last modified on 3/23/[redacted]. I am uneasy about the 9/19 version as I don't remember accessing it in September. I want to review the file without risking my computer's security. The file on my device shows it was last opened on Wednesday, February 26, [redacted], even though we haven't used TurboTax since last year. I'm worried someone may have unauthorized access to our TurboTax files. I need advice on how to address this issue.

I am frustrated with this company! I have already paid for filing my federal taxes, and I am not happy about being charged for filing my state taxes as well. This feels like a scam. There was no mention of an additional charge for the state filing. I have already completed and paid for my federal taxes. I will seek another company's services for my state taxes. I am extremely disappointed and will ensure my family, friends, classmates, and colleagues are aware of this potential scam. If this matter is not rectified promptly, I will file a consumer complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the BBB.

I have two pending charges from Budget. One was cancelled on the 28th after calling Budget, and the other is the pick-up fee from when I rented the car the next day. I confirmed these charges with the Budget representative, and they said they would inform Turbo to release the hold, but only one charge was released. It's frustrating to have my funds held, especially during these challenging times with the current situation. I returned the car over 21 days ago, and I need my funds released. I had a difficult time reaching out to Budget, spending two hours on the phone without getting any resolution. If I don't receive my money or an update by 4pm, I will have to seek legal counsel. The lack of communication and professionalism from the company is disappointing.

I annually use TurboTax to file my taxes, but this year has been a challenge. I have not yet received my tax return. When I filed my return, the RV park where I currently reside was experiencing mailing issues. Due to a local incident, the mail service to our park was briefly suspended, leading to a gap in receiving mail until recently. Upon checking with the post office, they did not have any mail addressed to me. Given previous instances of mail theft in the park, I am concerned about the whereabouts of my tax return. I have been trying to reach TurboTax customer support but have not had any success in speaking with a representative despite holding for over an hour.
