I initially was using Turbo Tax Deluxe and finally made it to the end of my taxes and was told to enter credit card information at the very end. It was not clear that I was paying $** for a package that I did not need. Without realizing I was buying a package, next thing I knew I had a receipt for $** in my email. I would not turbo tax deluxe. I did some research after this happened and noticed that I needed to go back in my tax tools to redo my taxes without using turbo tax deluxe. I didn’t know about this at the time. Can I please be refunded the $** and set back to the beginning of my taxes so I can get it set up right again? I completed stopped everything I was doing once I saw the receipt, my taxes have not been signed or filed yet.

I ended up calling the number for customer service for Turbo Tax. I described my situation to them and they refunded me within a couple days.
