To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I seem to have two separate accounts with TurboTax by accident I guess?? I am Lauren Halliburton and have two email addresses: *****@***.com is main one. I also have oneni use for business: *****@***.com. **Or not sure if someone else is using my main email account address (as I do get a lot of mail to me addressed to another person's name: Loretta Halliburton, which is weird). **So I need to make sure which info I should use for doing my **** taxes tonight?? Please assist and also I would like to somehow merge all my tax info if I accidentally put them on different emails addresses?
