My husband and I have a turbo tax account that we used for the last * years. He died December ****. I used the turbo tax account last year filing jointly. This year I need to file single. I tried to open a new account, but my email is already in use with the original turbo tax account. What should I do this year to use turbo tax? Should I set-up a new account? How? does it need to be connected to the old account somehow? If I am still confused after your email response what phone number should I call?
