Help with my Turbo Tax issue

I worked half of ****, and received unemployment the other half. When I was filing my return I entered my work w* first, and the return said I would be receiving over *,*** so far. (Don’t remember exact number). Then after I entered unemployment it went down to ***. Then it was wrapping up, and said I needed to review unemployment, the place for unemployment was somehow blank again even though I had entered it already. So I entered it again and it brought my return to owing ***. I don’t think this can be correct, but am not sure where it went wrong

I went to the upper left hand menu and chose tax tools, and selected clear and start over because I had accidentally input my unemployment benefits under w*, but it is now a **** so I just had to remove the wrong input.
Please help with my Turbo Tax issue
