I has a due date for the **th my money should’ve been in the bank o called irs the said the sent it over to you guys that you were to take out your portion for using turbo than send the rest to my bank. I called you guys the same day wondering why I haven’t received it yet and I felt like I was getting the run around the person I was talking to really didn’t seem aware of what he was doing but yet I still was polite and gave him a chance it took him a while to tell me that it normally takes **hours to process in my bank, it’s been **hours and still I have nothing what is going on this has never happened before
