Refund accepted and claims deposited may *. Thank god IRS was able to tell me it was deposited in a green dot account? Very disappointed as it is now December. I didn’t choose that, I have a bank account and had Provided the necessary and Correct Info to direct deposit but somehow ended up here. No indication on why or never received an email from Either turbo or green or a card but irs provided me account number it is in. I want this transferred to MY bank account ASAP and an explanation on why this happened. Did not want this did not consent to this, have used turbo tax entire life never had a problem. Not to mention it is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone*At either place. Nor does the automated options receive the info accurately. I’m very upset and want this solved ASAP. Have spent * hours literally trying to contact both companies and get through to a rep. How do neither have an email address for support?? Beyond ridiculous.
