I had tried all I that was able to do as explained above. ... Had tried a few times to sign in with old, new, and after logging with new password, got it was locked, and can't get support because it was locked up. I got Reference Case * ********* and TurboTax Advantage Account * **********, but still I couldn't get help. *Also, I'm ** years old with hearing age related difficulties and unable to understand phone conversation. So, I got no other obtion but email or remote control help. This is my ISP atte.net user ID:******@***.com that was accepted, got new password but still can't sign in.*Please resolve this problem to get my refund so that my wife can return Deluxe CD.
Even being an old man, had tried all that alI can understand as explain above but no help.
TurboTax need to improve system, avoid conflict accepting refund and service cancel request because I'm living no in Lima, Peru, and mi wife keeps working in California till she can get full Social Security Retire benefits. She is waiting your outcome so that she can return CD as she was instructed by phone conversation with your representative.
At least * years registered online and had paid on time with VISA.
Last resourse will be contact by email with BBB, local and Federal agencies to resolve this problem.
