In order for me to deduct your Turbo Tax processing fees directly out of my tax refund, I have to sign up for your premium services at a cost of $**.**. If I don't sign up for those services, I have to pay for my processing fees with a credit*debit card before I can file my taxes. Leading up to filing the taxes you asked TWICE whether I wanted the premium services, I specifically said 'NO' to both questions. When it came time to pay for the fees with my credit card, you did not provide a shopping cart summary of what I was paying for. It was only after I paid for the fees when you provided the receipt, which showed that you had added the Premium services back to the fees without informing me, even though I was paying with a credit card. To reject the Premium Services offer was the whole reason why I paid with a credit card to begin with! Adding it back to my fees without my consent is fraudulent. I would like for you to refund my $**.** immediately to the credit card that it was charged to, otherwise we will stop using Turbo Tax immediately. * *I called (***) ***-**** to have this charge reversed. The rep I spoke to informed me that only Angela could have this charge reversed. My name is on this joint account, I paid for fees with my personal credit card, the confirmation came to me, and only Angela can call on it to have it reversed?
