Help with my Turbo Tax issue

Attempting to reset password for my account. All the "usual" attempts fail as I click on reset password in email sent and all I get is a screen saying recover my account in a different way. I click on OK and I'm sent to a screen asking me to submit a Request. I tried that yesterday and received a response stating my email address on file is correct.*All I want to do is download last years Turbo Tax, that should be listed in my account, so that I can retrieve my tax returns. I'm building a new system and do not have a CD to reload program.*ANY help would be greatly appreciated!*Dave
