My name is Gabriela Garcia and completed my **** income tax on turbo tax. But completed it around April **** as I could not afford to do it before. When the application was complete, *Turbotax online gave me a message that it could not be submitted electronically at the time.*Therefore I called the IRS and they said to fax it to *-***-***-**** on ****** which I did. After confirming they received it was forwarded for processing, they kept telling me to wait, and wait and wait as their system was not yet updated so they could not tell if complete or not. Then this week I called to follow up and now they they say they never received it. I need an IRS transcript ASAP for my daughter's College application. **Please, is it possible to still send it electronically, can it still be done? Please, Please!!!
