Recently, I was informed by the IRS that I owe money from my [redacted] return prepared with TurboTax and filed electronically. Despite including the [redacted] form for my required IRA distribution, it only had my name and no financial details. I am baffled as to why TurboTax allowed me to file with incomplete information. Though I overlooked this mistake, the program should have flagged it before submission. I've been a customer for 16 years and am disappointed by this oversight. Green Dot has placed a block on my card, which was due to their error in sending the card to the wrong address even after I paid expedited service to update my address. When the card didn't arrive on the scheduled day, I realized I had lost my driver's license but have a picture of the front of it on my phone. However, they require images of both the front and back. I possess various documents including an expired ID and social security card, along with the late-arriving card. I have been waiting for over a month for a resolution, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor, the last agent denied my request. I simply seek the release of the block on my card to access my funds.

I was informed that someone used my home computer to file my income taxes online pretending to be me. I understand this is a serious offense and if true, I want them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This individual used my password and email address to gain access to my tax return this year. If this truly occurred and they diverted my funds to their account, I believe there should be records of the computer used as well as the account and routing numbers. TurboTax made errors on my tax return by advising me to file as head of household and claim the earned income credit for non-blood related dependents. This has led to an audit and complications as the children are not considered qualifying dependents for the credit. The TurboTax system seems to be malfunctioning as it only leads to phone recordings instead of helpful customer service. After multiple attempts in three intervals, I was unable to speak with a human or find assistance for my issue. It asked for my problem but provided no solutions, leaving me frustrated. As a paying customer, I feel neglected as TurboTax seems to take our money without providing adequate support. I have yet to receive my tax returns filed through TurboTax for the past three years in North Carolina. Despite having receipts, the lack of resolution is disappointing. While I acknowledge technical issues can occur, the lack of live support is disheartening. It's important for companies like TurboTax to offer real solutions and not just phone recordings when customers need help with personal tax matters. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to TurboTax and share negative feedback with others.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes and opted for a prepaid VISA card delivery. Unfortunately, due to being unable to sign for it at the barracks, I changed the address to one off Fort Campbell. They assured the card would arrive by the 18th. On the 19th, I contacted FedEx only to find they had no record of the delivery. When trying to reach TurboTax for help, the phone number led me to a message stating the information was invalid. I need assistance as my tax refund is missing, and I cannot reach anyone at the provided numbers due to the "incorrect" information hiccup.

I am disappointed that I paid extra for TurboTax's services, expecting accuracy, only to encounter this issue. Now I have to wait even longer and was directed to the taxpayers advocacy due to hardship. They now say I need to file a Form 1040X. My friend assisted me with my tax filing, mentioning I would receive a prepaid card. After paying $[redacted] for TurboTax with my credit card, when I collected my documents folder from my friend, I noticed a direct deposit that was not into my account. I contacted the IRS to confirm. I want my tax refund deposited into my bank account. I can provide the routing number and social security information for this. I used the TurboTax mobile app to file my taxes. Both Pennsylvania and the Federal Government acknowledged my refund. I opted for an Intuit TurboTax card instead of direct deposit. However, while I swiftly received the card with my name on it, the money was never deposited onto it. After contacting customer service, I was informed that they needed a trace number from the IRS to resolve the issue. When I contacted the IRS for the trace number, I was told there was no record of my filing for this year at all. This situation has left me financially stressed due to bills and reduced work hours. I am struggling to address an issue that cannot be resolved through automation or the website, and I really need to speak to a live person. I received a confirmation text about a card, but the Internal Revenue Service hasn't received my taxes yet. The representative I spoke to over the phone mentioned something about my account but couldn't provide a tracking number from the IRS. How can I possibly have a tracking number if the government hasn't even processed my taxes? I believe I am entitled to compensation for this mistake. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it by contacting the IRS and the Better Business Bureau. I am frustrated with being passed from one number to another without any resolution.

I recently got a notice from the IRS dated April 27, [redacted], indicating that they have received certain items from me or a third party. They listed various categories like correspondence, telephone inquiry, payment, form, response to their inquiry or notice, penalty abatement request, installment agreement, or others. The notice mentions that they are reviewing my account and require an additional 60 days to respond with details about the actions they are taking. I am feeling worried and uncertain about this situation.

We received a notice from the IRS saying our [redacted] return was rejected. However, when checking our TurboTax online account, it showed the rejection occurred back in October [redacted]. We never received an email notification about this rejection and assumed our return had been processed. Despite searching through all my emails from that time, I could not find any notification of the rejection. The IRS letter mentions a discrepancy in the birthdate provided. We only input this information when filing electronically and have relied on TurboTax since [redacted] without reentering it every year. I am unsure how to verify or correct the birthdate used on TurboTax, as the instructions for correcting a rejection do not cover cases where the notice was not received. Any assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I e-filed my tax return with the IRS through your service, but it got rejected. The rejection was due to an unfinished tax year before [redacted]. Despite being instructed by an IRS agent to file a paper return, my $[redacted].00 e-filing fee was still charged to my US Bank account on April 16th. Our joint tax return was completed by our accountant using a paper filing method, not through your software. Please refund the $[redacted].00 as soon as possible as per the IRS agent's instructions. I submitted my federal and state taxes online through your service earlier this week, either on Monday or Tuesday night. Upon checking the next morning, I found that both forms were rejected. I owe $65.15, which I chose to be deducted from my tax refund as I couldn't afford to pay upfront. Yet, I received a letter stating I must pay $65.15 because the IRS hasn't issued my refund.
