Seemingly solved the problem by 'registering' the program a second time on the second computer where I had installed it. There were no problems on the first computer installation

I am a long time Turbo Tax customer*user. First time I have had this problem. I am in Canada. Referring to Turbotax **** standard.**I input data and want to save the tax return but the program won't let me. error message is tt***. *It also says the program is open elsewhere but I don't think it is. I tried removing the program and reinstalling it , but that did not help. **I just want to get the program to work the way it is supposed to so I can file returns for some clients.
