I haven’t received my refund yet and was going to pay turbo tax out of the refund amount. I received an email saying that you will withdraw that money out of my account since I havent received the refund yet. There are currently no funds in that account as I opened a new account with a different bank. As soon as I receive my refund, I will close that account. Please contact me so that we can make other payment arrangements.
I trust that Turbo Tax will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
