I overpaid for filing my **** taxes using Turbo Tax online this year. My order * is TTWQP*QZ********. On April **, **** my Visa ending in -**** was charged ***.** which was for a service I did not use. I did not consult a CPA as an extension had to be filed and there was a two week wait. I e-filed instead. I am a long term Turbo Tax user and would like to be charged the simple rate as I used no services. I believe the screen said $**.** or less. My name is Wendy Nesmith. Please help to update this issue. Money should be refunded to me.
