I was almost finished and before I finished filling. ... The second to last window, asked if I wanted to add a service. I declined and was charged **.** before finishing. I was not able to cancel it on my own.
I didn’t agree*consent to this service. I only agreed to file both my state and federal together.
Take the service fee I declined off. Since I don’t need that particular service.
