Hello, I wanted to share my experience attending a party hosted by Autumn Valk with Mrs. Rochelle Mills. This was our first time, and the event was delightful. Our host, Autumn, was excellent, and Mrs. Rochelle was very informative. At the party, we bought item #[redacted], "Salad on the go," for $21.10 plus tax, and paid $30 for shipping. Unfortunately, the item we received was defective as the lid does not fit. After contacting Mrs. Rochelle, we learned that we need to ship the item back for a refund. I am questioning why we have to cover the return shipping cost for a defective item. If it were a working item we did not want, returning it would make sense, but in this case, it's not our fault it's defective. Is it possible to receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back? We believe this would be fairer. I hope you can understand our perspective. Thanks for your attention. Best regards, Erin G.

Hello, I recently hosted an online Facebook party with a consultant named Michele Synette from Nova Scotia. The party took place from March 31 to April 5, however, my order has not been submitted yet. Michele mentioned on April 12 that she was calculating totals and would update me, but I have not received any further information. Later, on April 14, she messaged me about being in the birthing room with her daughter. Despite several attempts to contact her, I still have no updates on my order as of May 21. Many of my guests who made orders have already paid Michele, leaving them with questions and no products. I also placed my own order but have not received a total or any details about possible benefits. I urge for clarity regarding the status of my order as well as for the orders placed by my guests. I am writing to express my disappointment with a product I recently purchased in October. I ordered a set of salt and pepper shakers that I had fond memories of from my youth. However, upon receiving them, I encountered an immediate issue. The small flip lid refuses to attach securely, and the connecting parts are falling apart, rendering the shakers unusable. I reached out to the party host who directed me to use a knife or screwdriver to fix it, but unfortunately, the problem persists. My attempts to contact the main company through the provided address have been fruitless. As a loyal customer of Tupperware, this experience has left me frustrated. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am facing an issue with Dave B. I had sent him $8.00 in cash for labels. Initially, he insisted on cash payments for labels and claimed he had ordered them. It has been around 3-4 months since. He consistently made excuses about delays, citing being sick or in the hospital, which I doubt. When I inquired about my labels last month, he again mentioned being in the hospital, which I found hard to believe. After expressing my doubts, he proceeded to block me, preventing any further communication. I posted about my experience online, which he didn't appreciate, but it was a truthful recounting of his actions. His behavior has been consistently deceitful, rude, and disrespectful. I am disappointed with his conduct and now seek a refund of the $8.00 I sent to him.

I am attempting to contact Tupperware for the fourth time to address an issue with my lime green round container that has a cracked lid. The container is 5" in size and features a white fleur-de-lis on the front. The number on the bottom of the container is [redacted]-14. I am seeking a replacement lid and am open to any color available. It is disheartening to see the decline in Tupperware's customer service, as they were once known for their excellent reputation in the industry. Despite the recent letdown, their quality products have been a staple for many over the years. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

On June 5, [redacted], I shipped a large box of Tupperware that needs replacement. The package was sent to Tupperware at [redacted] Tupperware Road, Hemingway, SC [redacted]. The estimated arrival date provided by the post office was June 12, [redacted]. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on June 10, [redacted]. I am currently inquiring about its whereabouts, considering the delays caused by Covid-19. I have a systematic approach to requesting replacements for my Tupperware, including detailed descriptions of the items sent. I tend to send both pieces when necessary for a proper fit, especially for older pieces inherited from my mother. Despite hearing about Consultants being questioned about returning old Tupperware, my experience with Tupperware has been positive over the years. I have invested $59.95 to mail this box and am eager to know when I can expect to receive the replacement items. Thank you.

I am facing issues with the shipping and delivery of my Tupperware order. I spent over $[redacted] on products for a party and an additional $[redacted] through a consultant. The order placed during the party I hosted in June has not been fully delivered yet, except for some tumblers. Today, a part of my order arrived, but most of it is backordered. This situation is frustrating as it forces me to either hold onto partial items or make multiple trips. I received my orders from Scentsy and Norwex within three days, showing a stark contrast in efficiency. Tupperware's delays in fulfilling orders and lack of organization have left me disappointed and upset. It seems like the company does not prioritize its consultants or customers. After waiting months for our purchases, I believe Tupperware should offer some form of compensation to show appreciation for our patience and loyalty. Being a customer should not entail enduring extended waits without acknowledgement.

On August 13, [redacted], I purchased Tupperware containers for $83.13 using my Visa. My order number is [redacted]08. Unfortunately, the FedEx shipment scheduled for September 8, [redacted], failed to arrive. Despite speaking to two customer service representatives and being provided with Ticket number [redacted], I was informed on September 22 that the delivery would happen within 5-7 days. Regrettably, this did not occur. Yesterday, I called Tupperware and waited on hold for almost an hour without resolution. I promptly sent an email detailing my issue but have not received a response yet. Having been a loyal customer for a long time and having great experiences with Tupperware party specialists in the past, I am disappointed by the poor customer service this time. The situation is incredibly frustrating, and I simply want to receive my order. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am having issues returning my salt and pepper shakers, order #[redacted]. I contacted customer service on 11/11/[redacted] and was instructed to pack them in the original box and write the provided number on the outside for a free return via FedEx. However, FedEx required a mailing label from Tupperware which I did not have. I sent a message to Tupperware on 11/13/[redacted], but have not yet received a response or the required label. I am disappointed with the product and would like to return it for a full refund with free shipping. My assumed order number is 10-[redacted]-[redacted], but I cannot locate the exact "Order Number" on the packing slip. I have always been satisfied with Tupperware products in the past and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I am disappointed with the service I have received regarding my order from Tupperware. Despite my credit card being charged, the order never arrived. The consultant and customer service representatives were unresponsive and contradictory in their explanations. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I finally spoke to a representative who claimed the email I received was sent in error and that my order would be shipped promptly. However, I never received any follow-up communication or the product itself. I demand an immediate full refund and confirmation of the refund via email or phone call as my patience has run out. I have had minimal communication from Tina Youker regarding my order. Despite attempting to reach out via Facebook and text, she has not provided updates other than mentioning potential deliveries last Wednesday and Friday. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially since my family contributed money for this order. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and will not be utilizing this company in the future. Tina is having the items delivered to her address, but I would prefer if they could be rerouted to mine to avoid feeling misled. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I received my recent order, and unfortunately, the square modular mate 4 I received had a scratch on it from the factory. Even though I've been a long-time fan of Tupperware and appreciate their quality, it was disappointing to see the scratch, especially since I read that scratches aren't covered by the warranty. What's more disheartening is that a lid for another modular mate broke after using it for less than a week. This experience has left me feeling let down as I've always trusted Tupperware's durability and longevity.

On February 18, [redacted], I placed an order with Tupperware. I believed this would allow ample time for them to process and ship the items before March 8, [redacted], the date of a Housewarming Party I need the gifts for. It would be disappointing to arrive empty-handed and have to justify Tupperware's lack of promptness in fulfilling orders. My order number is [redacted], costing $[redacted].78 for 15 items. Currently, the order is marked as unfulfilled. The payment was made via VISA ending in [redacted].

I am inquiring about a woman named Mary Pratt from Wahpeton, ND or Breckenridge, MN who was selling Tupperware. She mentioned she was retiring and I needed some lids. Mary said she found them and agreed to give them to me for free. However, when I came to town to pick them up as planned, she never answered her phone. I've tried contacting her multiple times since then with no luck. I wonder if she is still a representative for your company and if this is how she conducts business. Hello. In early August, I mailed a replacement lid for item number [redacted]-B, which was received on August 10. My incident number is [redacted]7, and my phone number is [redacted]. My name is Sally S. Previously, Tupperware had a [redacted]% guarantee policy, which has since been changed, requiring items to be mailed in for replacements. Despite contacting the [redacted] number, no one has informed me about the status of my replacement lid, causing inconvenience. I am requesting contact from the corporate office, preferably in Florida, as I prefer not to deal with Mexico. I have not received promised call-backs, displaying a change in customer service. Kindly provide a prompt response today.

I find it challenging to place an order on your website. This is my third time placing a Tupperware order in a year, and each time I struggle to locate the items I want in my cart. The search bar is not helpful unless I have the item number, which is not provided with the products promoted during the messenger parties, like Vent ‘n Serve, Fridgesmart Containers, and Silicone Forms. This makes it tedious as I have to scroll endlessly to find the products I want, which is quite irritating. Just a heads-up, last Christmas, I managed to shop online for my spouse, eight children, and ten grandchildren, so I am well-versed in online ordering, but your website proves to be very frustrating for me.
