I had an annual subscription which I paid $** for (expiring in October). I am looking through bank statements and seeing that I have also been being charged $*.** for a monthly membership. So essentially I’ve been double-charged for the service. I’m looking for a refund of those monthly memberships. I’m not sure how I could be charged both ways for the same membership.
