I am a TuneIn Premium subscriber. I was listening on both my computer (Mac) and my iPhone(iOS **.*.*). On the Mac, I listen to Red Sox games thru the website* on the iPhone, thru the app. I have the latest update of the app. Then, one day the app on the iPhone stopped letting me access the Sox games (which require Premium)* instead, when I tap the play button for the game, it invites me to sign up for Premium. Obviously, since I'm already a paying subscriber, I don't want to do that. If I close that pop-up, it does no good. I'm just in an endless loop of Tap Play Button to Sign Up for Premium and back again.*I have exchanged numerous emails with a TuneIn customer service rep who very well be a bot, because the replies are all very formulaic and so far completely unhelpful. Though he(?) always tells me "it was a pleasure to help *me*."
*)Responding to me in a way that indicates that a human being has read my emails**) Addressing my particular issue rather than giving me form letter replies with generalized suggestions like "download the latest update" and "send us a video."**) Tell me exactly what steps to take so that I can listen to MLB games thru the Premium subscription I'm paying for, on my iOS device.
I've responded to their latest*email without much hope. They said if I want their help, I'll have to explain the problem all over again. So I did, again. But I feel like I'm talking to a bot, one that deletes my prior emails no less.
