I uploaded my new single (The Voiceless) to Tunecore on March *rd. I also emailed the "customer service" team on the same day. According to Tunecore, I should have received an email response "within one business day". However, now it is Day * and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR CONFIRMATION. I sent another email yesterday because it was already business day number * and I gave it two extra days. I did everything legally. I own the copyright to the song through copyright.gov. I wrote all lyrics, harmonies, and adlibs. I am the only singer on the song. Every voice you hear is my voice layered onto several different tracks. I registered my song with BMI and I payed for UNLIMITED leasing rights to the beat from sinimabeats.com. I PAYED MONEY for TUNECORE to distribute my music and they can't even respond to emails and stick to their word. This is highly disappointing as I was planning on releasing my video in conjunction with the iTunes link. This has stalled and changed the entire plan, and I have no idea why this so called "customer care team" is ignoring my emails.. If the average response it takes for this "customer care team" to respond is more than * days, then it should not say "we will respond WITHIN one business day". Instead it should say "we will respond within one week"... This does not make me want to continue doing business with this company as I clearly cannot trust them and the lies.
