On December 7, [redacted], I purchased a domain through TUCOWS, my Domain Registrar. However, on December 10, [redacted], after I paid and set up my hosting with InMotionHosting (IMH), I learned that my domain was renewed and money was taken from my bank account unexpectedly, as I anticipated renewing through TUCOWS. As of February 22, [redacted], the status of my domain is different: - IMH shows my domain as expired with a 30-day redemption period according to TUCOWS policy. - Whois.net indicates the domain is registered and updated. The domain in question is "infomax-japan.com," and I wish to retain it. I initially chose TUCOWS as my Registrar. I'm unsure how TUCOWS can assist me or if I can expedite the re-registration process without waiting for the full 30-day period.

I am the President of Vternal and we are experiencing difficulty reaching Bob Holmes, the contact for our domain vternal.com. Bob has been unresponsive to multiple attempts to communicate through email, phone, and text over the past few months. While the domain is not set to expire until November [redacted], we are concerned about this situation. Our company, Vternal (a dba of MNC Inc., DB #[redacted]97), needs to regain control of our domain promptly as it is vital for thousands of users. Bob, although the current registrar, has not responded for over three months. Despite being an old friend, we believe there would be no issue if we manage to connect with him. My domain name was due to expire by the end of [redacted]. In preparation to switch web providers, I decided to "park" my domain using Yahoo. However, upon checking a whois search, I discovered that tucows is now listed as the domain owner. I initially registered the domain back in [redacted] and have consistently renewed it in 5-year intervals through Network Solutions. Strangely, Network Solutions claims they have no record of my original registration, leaving me puzzled as to how tucows gained ownership. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a real person at Network Solutions or tracing the transfer of ownership. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

Hello Tucows, I am the owner of a domain registered through your services that was recently purchased by GoDaddy. GoDaddy has charged our credit card for the domain, indicating they are managing the billing now. The domain in question is EASTONSHERETOHELP.ORG with the Registry Domain ID D[redacted][redacted]-LROR. It seems that the credit card on file with Tucows is no longer valid, but GoDaddy was able to bill the Town's credit card with updated information. I am concerned about accessing our account and billing details for this domain, as we may encounter issues next year when it comes time to renew it.

I am trying to use the Opensrs API `get_domains_by_expiredate` in PHP, but I keep getting a "XCP Authentication Failed [redacted]" response even though I have implemented it with the test environment credentials provided by Opensrs. Here is the request I am making as the reseller `cwcsnet`: ```xml
