This morning, on Friday, May 25th, a member of your service team was spraying in my neighbor McSweeney's yard at 3 Richard Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY [redacted], which is next to my property at 5 Richard Ave. While spraying, the substance drifted over the fence onto me, hitting the back of my head and the right side of my face. After questioning him, he mentioned it was mostly water with minimal insecticide. I immediately rinsed off in the shower and went outside to talk, but he had left. I contacted your company at [redacted] around 11:36 am to report the incident, but the line quality was poor due to background noise. Despite multiple calls throughout the afternoon to request information on the chemicals used and speak with a specialist, I have not received the promised email or call back. My primary concern is identifying the substances for medical reasons. I am also worried about your personnel's actions and the drifting spray into my yard, especially with windy conditions. Please promptly email me the full details of the chemicals for proper medical guidance and ensure that this doesn't occur again in the future. I enlisted True Green for my lawn maintenance needs. The crew visited to aerate the lawn, but missed parts and left hard spots on the soil. On June 25, [redacted], I contacted True Green and spoke with Theresa, explaining the incomplete aeration and hard spots. I mentioned my daughter's July 3, [redacted] birthday party and asked for advice. Theresa promised to escalate my issues. Despite paying over $[redacted], I haven't received a callback as of July 6, [redacted]. Disappointed with the lack of response, I hired another company to lay new sod for over $2,[redacted]. Due to True Green's poor communication and service, I have decided to cancel my services with them.

Dear Forum Members, I am reaching out to express my disappointment with TruGreen's service over the past three years. Despite numerous attempts to address issues with the management, our lawn care expectations have not been met. Prior to the transition from Scott's Lawn service to TruGreen, we never encountered any problems, and the service was exceptional. Despite requesting to remove a note from our account regarding the sideyard, it remains untreated, and our complaints seem to go unaddressed. We have also had issues with a technician damaging our property without acknowledgment, leaving numerous weeds untouched, and mishandling our sprinkler system, resulting in damage to our lawn. Even the recent aeration service was performed inadequately, leaving us highly dissatisfied. After giving TruGreen multiple chances, my wife and I have decided to discontinue our lawn care service due to the subpar service we have received. Thank you,Tim W.

I have had an extremely challenging time reaching a live representative via phone. This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I contacted to inquire about my prepaid March fertilizer treatment scheduled for application in March [redacted]. My customer number is [redacted] and the branch assigned to apply the fertilizer is [redacted]. It appears the application has been overlooked. I no longer wish to engage with Trugreen and seek reimbursement for the unperformed service.

Hello, I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Last year, I prepaid for my service to avoid dealing with bills this year. However, I recently received a bill for $90.06 despite this. I assumed the upcoming treatments were included in my prepaid plan, but apparently not. I am frustrated because I have tried contacting Customer Service, but no one has called me back. I expect better service as a long-time customer. I will need this issue resolved before I consider returning as a customer next season. Thank you, Percy R. Kanga.

I have been a loyal customer for over three decades, but I am now reconsidering my commitment. I have attempted to reach out to your customer service for the past three days, only to be informed by your automated system that the wait time is 2-3 hours. Interestingly, when I contacted the new customer line, I got through immediately (even though the representative couldn't assist me). It is disheartening that loyal customers are subjected to long waits while new customers are promptly attended to. This experience does not reflect great customer service.

I am disappointed with the way my lawn has been affected by your treatments. It was easy to reach out when we initially wanted to sign up, but after one treatment and an emergency fertilizing, my lawn is now dead. I am willing to share photos of the damage. At this point, I consider any contract we had with you to be invalid. I do not want your services anymore. I have tried calling several times and have been on hold for over 45 minutes each time, which is frustrating. I would like confirmation that the contract is canceled with no additional fees. My name is Robert K. and my customer number is [redacted]. Last week, I contacted you about a missed service in my prepaid program. The initial tree and shrub care service was on June 9th. I expected services every four to six weeks after that. However, as of August 17th, I have not received the second treatment. After speaking with a customer service representative, a manager confirmed a rescheduled service for today, 8/17. I was assured a refund of $59.95 for the missed service. Unfortunately, the technician did not show up and informed me he was lost. He rescheduled the visit for August 19th. I am dissatisfied with TruGreen's service and would like to speak to a manager about canceling my account. The shrubs around my home are suffering, likely due to the lack of fertilizer and service. Please arrange for a manager to contact me promptly. I have been a long-time customer of TruGreen at my previous address and am disappointed with the current service level.

I have made several attempts to contact our local service regarding the property boundaries of our lot, but have not received any phone calls as requested. I left signs indicating the end of our property and asked for mosquito and lawn service to reach those points, but my request was not acknowledged. Despite calling the 1-[redacted] customer service line, I have only been advised to "monitor via text," which is not feasible when I am not at home. I recently asked for a phone call to postpone my fall lawn service due to lawn aeration and overseeding, but have not received a response regarding this matter.

I am a current employee at TruGreen and I urgently need HR to contact me. I sustained an injury at work and took time off, but my available PTO wasn't enough to cover it. Although my injury is still affecting me, I can't afford to miss more work without pay. However, continuing to work without addressing my injury may cause more harm. Please, it is crucial that someone from HR gets in touch with me promptly.

I received a message from someone who sounded like Tallon, asking to reach out through Trugreen Chat regarding ongoing issues that have greatly damaged our lawn. We have been Trugreen customers for about a decade, and our lawn does not reflect well on your company. Two neighbors have either cancelled or not started contracts with Trugreen. Despite attempts to fix the problems, we have not seen any improvement. If Trugreen cannot provide a satisfactory solution, such as replacing the lawn entirely or installing turf, we are considering legal action for damages. I am skilled in public relations and plan to run ads in local newspapers and online platforms to showcase Trugreen's mistakes. I suggest consulting with Trugreen professionals from Connecticut who have witnessed the failures firsthand. As a final note, I urge Trugreen to address these issues promptly and effectively.

Today, the technician came by for the yard treatment service. Unfortunately, he didn't notify me upon arrival, and I didn't notice him working in the yard. He finished in a short time, but I can't confirm if he treated the yard because I was inside preparing lunch. I was surprised to receive an email stating the service was completed since I didn't see him at my door. No receipt or door hanger was left, and I'm concerned about potential rain washing away any treatment applied. It's a bit frustrating not being able to verify if the job was done properly, as it seems like the yard hasn't been treated at all. This situation has left me feeling uneasy given the recent heavy rainstorms in our area.
