The issue in GetHuman-percyrka's own words
Hi - I am a long-time customer. My customer * is **********. Last year I pre-paid for my service in advance so that this year when I got serviced, I would not have to deal with any bills. However, I just got a bill in the mail for $**.**. Why is this? When TruGreen calls and informs me that they are coming out do do a treatment, I presume that its part of the pre*paid plan, so why the bill? Does the local servicing company NOT see what treatment is part of the pre-payment plan?**Please respond. I have called Customer Service, have been put on hold for extremely long periods of time, and NO ONE has called me back yet. I have been a long-time customer and i can assure you that after this season, I will not come back as a customer until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction. Thank You,*Percy R.
