I sent my truconnect wireless handset to be repaired because of the touch pad not working properly. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN I WILL GET MY DEVICE BACK, I CURRENTLY HAVE NO PHONE TO USE AND NEED IT BACK SOON PLEASE TRY TO LET ME KNOW WHEN I WILL GET MY PHONE BACK IN THE MAIL AFTER ITS REPAIRED. MY NAME IS JAMES WESLEY DENO AND THE TRUCONNECT NUMBER THAT IS LINKED TO MY DEVICE THAT WAS SENT IN FOR REPAIRS IS (***)***-****. PLEASE HELP WITH A TIME WHEN I WILL GET MY PHONE BACK I MAILED IT OFF TO TRUCONNECT ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO.
