I have been on chat for an hour now. On the 22nd, I called and added $5 worth of minutes to my account. Suddenly yesterday, my phone stopped working. I was informed I ordered a new phone for $81. I did not make this purchase. The only person with my info was your representative. Now, I am overdrawn since I only have $60 as I am on disability. Tomorrow, I am going to the hospital without any phone service. This mistake is on your representative, and all you offer is to send a free SIM card in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable customer service. Here is what I need: please send the free SIM card with the same number [redacted] via overnight express. This is the least you can do. I need someone to bring it to the hospital and assist me in replacing it. I will inform you when the new phone arrives so I can return it to you. I am a new TruConnect customer and this is my first government-assisted lifeline phone plan. I am using my old unlocked device and would like to port over my old phone number, [redacted], to replace the new number, [redacted]. I am unsure of my account number and PIN. I contacted customer service this morning at 8:25 AM and spoke with Alex about my data plan. Alex has been consistently helpful in the past but unfortunately could not fulfill my request for additional data this time. I usually purchase data when needed but am experiencing financial difficulties this month. I asked for either [redacted] MB or 1 GB for the remainder of this month, or to deduct it from next month's 2 GB. Alex tried to assist by speaking to his superiors but they declined, leaving me without a solution. I am now stuck without data and feeling distressed. At a recent party where I couldn't find my phone, a young woman borrowed it to call a taxi after a difficult situation arose. Unfortunately, after a brief moment on the counter, my phone vanished. I tried calling it and even used Google tracking for a short while until it suddenly went offline. Despite all my efforts, I couldn't locate it. It has been approximately a month since the incident occurred. I recently rediscovered the box containing my account number and phone details. While shopping near my apartment, I accidentally left my phone on the counter when paying. In the rush to catch my daughter who ran out to the car, I forgot my phone. Upon returning, I couldn't find it, and the store clerk was unaware of it. After searching my bags and car, a helpful person told me the person behind me took it and left hurriedly.

A few weeks ago, I visited a friend's house and unfortunately lost my phone from my Dickies pants. Despite retracing my steps and asking around, including the last place I was, no one has seen my phone for a couple of weeks now. I am hoping I could possibly get a new phone or a replacement as I rely on it to stay in touch with family and for work. I have a Qlink phone but want to switch to True Connect. My phone is broken, and I'm struggling with Qlink's customer service. They shut off my phone on July 31 because I didn't complete the national verifier process while canceling my service. I rely on social security disability with limited income, living in Section 8 housing and using food stamps. Workforce services cut my financial assistance after 12 months. I'm 59 years old and urgently need a phone. My friend's phone isn't updated, so I can't reapply using it, and my phone is broken and more than 3 years old. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently applied for a government phone with Tru Connect, expecting it to be provided by Qlink. However, I only received a Tru Connect sim card in the mail without a phone. I had to quickly find an unlocked phone within 7 days, despite having no income. After activating the service, it mysteriously stopped working for a few days before starting up again. Unfortunately, I have never been able to utilize the data they offer. The reliability of the Tru Connect service is questionable, and their customer service is lacking. It's frustrating to deal with these companies when you're already facing challenges. I want to cancel my service with them and switch to a provider that will actually provide me with a phone.

Hello, I'm Leslie Garcia, a TruConnect customer. I am seeking to temporarily suspend my phone line for one or two days without canceling my account. I inadvertently left my phone in my boyfriend's car, and I will be out of town visiting family until Sunday. I do not want him to use my phone during this time, hence the request for suspension. My phone was stolen when I was riding in a car with my ex-brother and some friends. I had asked my friend Maurice Wright to hold my phone and charger. When I went to retrieve it, he mentioned leaving it in a plastic bag at my house, but it was not there. I tried tracking it, and it showed up at a Best Western hotel nearby. The manager there was unhelpful, despite me explaining it was a government phone. I have been reaching out to Maurice Wright, the driver O'darrel Wright, and the girl Bridget, but they are all denying involvement in the theft.

On May [redacted], I received a new lifeline phone, and my name is Elizabeth Sharp. My reference number is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. The Cloud phone I received has never charged properly despite my attempts, such as buying new charger cables and placing it on a sturdy surface. The phone now fails to charge at all, and I have been unable to use it in my vehicle. The screen's picture quality is poor, making it hard to read and displaying distorted colors. Due to my recent illness, I have missed important phone appointments with my doctors. I am currently experiencing difficulties with my phone service being turned off, which is hindering my ability to contact you effectively. I am seeking clarity on my application status with TruConnect, which I submitted over a month ago after contacting my phone service provider, Visible, for Lifeline services. Despite providing my information multiple times, I am now being directed to IT and asked for a payment of five dollars, which I cannot afford as a person with a disability. I am hoping to resolve this issue without further escalation to IT as my email is functional, and I have access to my housemate's phone for communication. I keep receiving the same message repeatedly while trying to fill out the form, with the promise of connecting me with an Expert for assistance. This has happened five times already. Initially, I was asked for a phone number on the first page, which I do not own. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain help without encountering this same issue repeatedly. The latest request on the site is to pay one dollar for expert technical support, but all my credit cards are maxed out, so I can't proceed even with a one-dollar charge. I am reluctant to incur a $35 fee for insufficient funds. Since I am struggling to reach an expert technician, I am hopeful that I can find a resolution here without being redirected. I do not own any phones and have been dealing with a broken foot this year. The individual at the government phones store promised me the same number when I got a new phone in August, but all my phones shut off in September due to COVID-19 stimulus issues. This has caused significant disruptions to my work, medical care, legal proceedings, and personal safety. Please address these issues urgently and take necessary steps to rectify the situation.

I ordered a new SIM card a few weeks ago but have not received it as of today, the 3rd of December. I would like to inquire about the timeframe for a replacement. I also noticed the offer for a free Smartphone and I could benefit from it. I purchased a phone for $50 last time, but it broke within a month, and I don't have a T-Mobile phone to replace it. I signed up for TruConnect to receive a free phone and service through the LifeLine program. When I contacted a representative to switch carriers, I was led through the standard application process for LifeLine instead of a simple carrier switch. This interaction took place in early November. Despite being approved for the program, I never received the phone, only a card without a device. This was delivered to me yesterday. I am now seeking a "request for change" form from TruConnect.

On November 20th, [redacted], an incident occurred at the church located at [redacted] Edinger St, Huntington Beach. I encountered an individual to whom I provided my two cards, but I was informed that I did not qualify. Recently, I received a mail concerning this issue, and it seems like this person may have assisted another woman from Mexico residing in California who needed help applying for a cell phone. I visited the church again today to contact the Huntington Beach police, but they did not arrive. I am now searching for a website to report this and assist in identifying the individuals involved in potentially stealing my cell phone.
