In June, we purchased a troy-bilt riding mower. We used it probably * times. Now the blade won't engage. I'm told this is not covered by the warranty. I think a product that stops working after only * months, and the company won't stand buy it, is a pretty poor quality product. The belt is not broken so it's not a question of that. This is the first Troy-bilt product I have owned and it will be the last.
GetHuman1713738 did not yet indicate what Troy-Bilt should do to make this right.
