Tropicana Products, Inc. Customer Service Issues

Over the weekend, I stayed at the Tropicana Las Vegas and sadly left behind my makeup bag in the room. After contacting the hotel, lost and found confirmed they had my bag but mentioned my jewelry was missing. Despite insisting on the specific items in the top pocket, including my wedding rings, Grannie's ring, and earrings, they couldn't locate them. A report was filed, and security is expected to follow up within 5-7 business days. It's distressing to suspect that the hotel staff might have taken my jewelry, even though I acknowledge my mistake in leaving the bag. I am devastated, especially on Grannie's birthday, as the missing items hold immense sentimental value. I have offered a reward in the hopes of retrieving my rings and urge Tropicana to address this situation promptly.

Hello Tropicana, At our holiday celebration last night, we served Tropicana Homestyle some pulp orange juice, but we encountered an issue. My son found a foreign black object at the bottom of the juice container. Though we couldn't identify it, we did take a picture before disposing of the juice. We are long-time fans of Tropicana's orange juice and grapefruit juice and haven't faced problems before. Please let us know how to proceed. Thank you.
